Your point on the AS makes no sense. They have not ISSUED A SHARE since they lowered the AS. So how did they dillute? Make your case....I really want to hear it.

This just goes to show what a worthless website OTC markets is. If you don't pay for OTC Markets worthless service and send them updates they don't ever update anything. That Ted Connely guy died. They hired the Dory guy and fired the Dory guy real fast. I guess they figured out he was a chump. The old homeland website has been down for about 5-6months, we haven't heard if its coming back. They have 3 or 4 other ones. The financials for 2010-2012 were on the investor page of that sight, The company was profitable all 3 of those years. They are getting the 2013 financials done they were profitable in 2013 as well. I'm not sure what you mean by side business.There core business is security and surveillance main customers are fortune 500 companies. Thats why they don't dilute the share structure they don't have to they make money by selling and building specialized surveillance systems and process monitoring systems using high speed cameras for manufacturing. Here is one of their website that. If you don't think its real take out your credit card and buy one of the $7-$10k cameras and wait till they deliver it to your house. If you still not satisfied take out your wife's credit card and by a $12k piece of equipment see if it s real when she kicks your azz out of the house for being stupid.
