If you can go over all of those documents and make heads or tails of what they have done, are currently doing, or are planning to do...

You are a much better man than I...

I don't think you could get a lawyer and have him review all that is in there and then break it down for us (speculatively), for less than $5K...

What I gathered from it was the creation of about another 4.9 million shares that can be given to whatever interested parties...

And they are not for resale by PGRX...

Seems to me these documents mean we have a bit more leverage now than we did before, more than anything else.
