Well Cakes according to what Floyd said about Phoenix
Not actually owning 5% of Bakken kinda makes your comment about Phoenix counter sue pretty much irrelevant.
They tried to sell something they didn't have NOT once but twice it seems. (or at least that is the excuse that Floyd is giving).
