I don't know how many shares the holder of BG hold but any debt issues they had should have been erased (or at least made manageable) in the last couple of days with the price movement, so if they haven't fallen off the face of the earth they need to articulate a plan with cash in hand and coordinate a press release around that plan before the end of the week to send this into pennies.
