Exactly my take as well. Let The CEO be in charge of DSNY's big picture and not the everyday nuts and bolts of the operation. Answering the phones and queries of what appears to be many investors and tire kickers imo is not the way to go. Being interrupted by chatting with same takes precious time away from the business at hand. Consultation should be left up to the computer geeks that I am sure he has surrounded himself with and not the average 'joe' investor. It all makes sense if you are marching than you are certainly not fighting. A tad of common sense goes a long way.

I just wonder how many of the posters, who are telling what Steve he must do, had developed a successful co? What expertise and credentials do you have to consult him on what he should do?
