#35157 RE: kipp440 #35156

Can someone fix my table in the previous post. I can't figure out how to get spaces in the table?

Thanks,

Kipp: Weather:

Here is a post I made a few days ago about formatting tables.

Also, your first line is 2-9 46 40. I took that to mean the 9 day projection that I posted yesterday was 46 for today, but that Accuweather said 40 for today. I'm not sure what you meant. In any event, it was 45 today.

Having said that, I looked at a couple long term forecasts after your post and even the one I had quoted yesterday was lower (on average) by about 3-4 degrees per day. I don't know how you drop 3-4 degrees on average per day over 9 days (OVERNIGHT), but it did. So, accuweather may be closer to accu than normal. We'll see.

Finally, I swear that I have not turned my central heat on for even one second. I just got my January bill ($32.24) today. Here are my NG usage amounts for both 2005 and 2006 in terms of MCF's used.
          2005 2006 Price
November 5.0 1.8 $11.53
December 10.7 1.9 8.82
January 13.3 1.7 9.58
February 8.6 1.7* 10.80
------------------------------
Total 37.6 7.1
Total savings: $309 (not counting March).

*Estimate

The only NG I use is for the washing machine, dish washer and shower.

The only week that mattered was in early December. I survived that only because I hoped to make it to Christmas. But, when it never got cold again, I realized around the 20th of January that I was not going to turn on the heat even once. Frankly, it is 70 degrees (with no trouble) almost all the time upstairs. It is 58 degrees downstairs right now which is way more than warm enough considering I'm hardly ever down there.
