I check the PR about the FS, it indicates that the Forward Split of 1000 for 1 is effective on February 14, 2006. Does it mean that ppl still can buy the shares now until then to have the FS shares?

Someone from another board called the CEO of the company. She said "yes" if you buy the shares now until 2/14/06, you will get the 1000 for 1 forward split on 2/14/06. There will be another PR on Tues. Is this another forward split, differently from the previous one? This will make the OS to be in 30 trillion (30000 billion). Is this for real?
