I think very few people know about, care or follow this company, so whatever the PR is, it still gets to very few investors, probably this is why PRs usually don't move the needle for this company, unless the story is picked up by national media like WSJ or penny pumpers like Agora, then exposure dramatically increases and it actually brings new money into the stock

Those comapnies dont have any revenues, yet they are trading at 40 cents and 20 cents. One company does not do SEC filings. Still has 80 million volume yesterday. APDN is a legitimate company and does regular SEC filings.Hope APDN stock will rise to dollar land pretty soon.
