Nonsense. A Form-15 Filing is FAR MORE common than many may
realize & stocks have uplifted to the BB, back from where
they came. In FACT, what's worse, when I was conducting
my brief research into the BOGUS STATEMENT: "No Pink Stock
UPLISTED ever!!" which appeared as a mantra at one point,
the REALITY was that I found 15companies in ONE YEAR ALONE.

One, was a grey sheet stock that made it back to the BB
from whence it came.

So, THE FACTS, show that companies have, do & will in the
future file a Form-15 & re-list with the BB. Pinksheet
stocks who have gone onto the BB (OTCX or OTCQ) have also
uplisted to a major exchange (Amex or Nasdaq).
