InterCloud Systems CEO to Ring The NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell

InterCloud Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq:ICLD), announced today that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Mark Munro will visit the NASDAQ MarketSite in Times Square to ring The NASDAQ Stock Market Closing Bell on Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014.

Munro has served as InterCloud's Chief Executive Officer and as the Chairman of the Board since December 2011. "Ringing the NASDAQ closing bell is an honor for the entire company," said Munro. "InterCloud's recent up-listing to the NASDAQ has enabled us to trade alongside some of the world's leading technology companies and enhanced the Company's visibility in the capital markets. This has strengthened our position as we accelerate our growth in cloud and managed services."

Recent acquisitions have positioned InterCloud to further accelerate its growth. The Company recently acquired Integration Partners-NY Corp. ("IPC-NY"). IPC-NY has enterprise and service provider customers and will help distribute InterCloud's cloud platform to its new and existing customers. IPC-NY is expected to be able to report 2013 gross revenues of approximately $25 million and net income of approximately $3.5 million.
