Read the recent press release, there is also a stock dividend of another company tied to this merger (PVCL). I got in a .0008 last week. It appears to be forming a solid base in the .0006/.0007 range. With all these penny stocks there is risk. It's up to you if you want to "roll the dice" with TTDZ
