"Are we really going down that beaten road?"

No need.

Whatever the names, it's an incontrovertible fact that both previous incarnations of the Emperial Americas outfit - TEMN and TEXX - were pump and dump scams run by criminals and promoted by their hired help, who would uncritically parrot any propaganda they were told to by their crooked paymasters.

There's no reason to believe the latest phoenix rising from the ashes of the previous two conspiracies to defraud is any different, no matter whose name is on the shingle this time round.

"Alonzo was never the CEO of that TEXX pit"

This appears at the end of the Q1 2012 10-Q filed by TEXX. Did he fraudulently misrepresent himself here and on various other filings?
"EMPERIAL AMERICAS, INC.

By: /s/ Alonzo Pierce
Name: Alonzo Pierce
Title: President, CEO, Chief Financial Officer

Dated MAY 16, 2012"

This is from a PR dated 4/26/12. He identified himself the same way an numerous subsequent PR's:
"CEO Alonzo Pierce said, "This is very exciting for us, as we now have in place the necessary tools to build upon the foundation we started two years ago with Emperial Americas, Inc. We will have many significant announcements in the upcoming days and weeks about our future plans."

By the way, the stock both opened and closed at $.60 on that day....I believe that was 59¢ above where it stands now.

I agree that it's a beaten road, but it's hard to ignore the failure of TEXX during the tenure of Mr. Pierce.
