Anyways, someone, anyone tell me why this company that has a $200M contract is still at 20 cents and going down??? Most companies with that type of contract or money would be trading at $2-$3/share.

I dont doubt the SEC 8k filings but why is this still so low, and please dont say the shorts. A realistic $200M in the bank cant be stopped by shorts.
