Most/many trades are reported as 'short' by the MM since the MM may fill trades without shares --- subject to obtaining shares subsequently.

This is NOT 'naked shorting' (which requires some 250,000 'bucks' to show 'financial stability').

How many people are going to put up 250,000 'bucks' up front to make a few hundred (maybe?)???

I do not think that 'naked shorting' REALLY goes on with these stocks as others seem to interpolate.
