990 is the correct updated numbers per filings signed by CEO on Jan 15th

These financial filings were from last March and updated financials should be released within next few weeks.

The last few months have been rough and dilution (and other factors IMO) murdered the SP but great things in works right now and the dilution has seemed to be over with.

Feb 28th is deadline for their reverse merger and financials should be out before then.
