Correct. The up-listing is 24 hours after Q1 filing. It will be around March 27th for the up-listing.

Fresh oat,

They have to file the Q1 first. Scott clarified that will take place around the 27th of March.
Now.....24hrs after that filing, SEEK would automatically be listed on the OTCQB.
