They have a license to build, which many haven't even acquired yet here in Canada. Once that inspection happens when it's finished being built in April, the inspection commences, and if it all looks regulation (which I don't see why I wouldn't since they are doing everything plus more) they will be rewarded a license from Health Canada. This will be a process of about 7 months, but potential is a lot higher here than you think. 12 million dollars to start and build these facilities weren't just for 'hope' or 'vision'. I understand your point of view because it's a penny, but with it's potential, I find it undervalued and over the next year or two it will began to show.
