It's only a loser to an insignificant few.

Otherwise it's virtually unknown.

Tigers shares will not be reduced as a result of the R/S.

The company is still viable and further dilution will get the company in its feet perhaps with some marketing in the future and the company a mainstay as it expands.

At that point tiger will give it a go. Not before.
