This is a very good sign, I went throught the same structured with NBS. There will be dilution in 3 months, but then will return with favorable gains. It is the nature of marketing R/S gets the company infront of funds that will accumulate shares, so shares will have to be created for the funds to purchase, then will returen to 6-9 range. This has been a bumpy road but worth the wait.
