The relation between sales and stock price is almost meaningless in the case of a company whose future depends on a breakthrough discovery. There are people who, rightly or wrongly, think that the discovery of the anti-inflammatory properties of anatabine is important, and will translate into sales, deals, and partnerships that are not yet widely anticipated. These people don't actually care very much about the level of current sales.
