Dumping
I understand that Randy Goulding of Nutmeg was recently paid in shares for 'services rendered', ie: a financing from last year. It is my understanding that some of those are coming out now, the rest are restricted. You can see the shares added to the iBox information above. A link to Nutmeg appears below,

Unfortunately Mr. Goulding doesn't see the value in keeping the shares, either because he doesn't know what's ahead for the stock or doesn't care, mainly because he is now no longer involved in the play.
I understand that someone had a plan to have a back door takeover arranged for EKWX at the same time, which Mr. Godin woke up to at the last moment and quashed. Many over at RB witnessed the premature gloating about this raid in 'sharkese', without understanding what they were reading or how it was all connected up.
Wirog, of this board, and I put it together over a period of a couple of weeks when it was happening a couple of months ago, and I went to Godin with my findings and opinion. We met three times on the subject.
The financing turned out to be a mistake from my point of view, as it was toxic. Mr. Godin has told me that EKWX will not be pursuing that route again. I not only believe him, but am looking forward to what is coming down the pike here as I know he is very active up on Bay Street right now, and in London, with both CZQ.V and EKWX.
I would think that Mr. Godin will put out an NR on the material change.
