I am afraid in all your glee, that you will find that the EU findings are not relevant to the case. Just like the JFTC "findings" will be shown to be not helpful to your cause.

First, the legal concepts of Res Judicata and Collateral Estopple would prevent these "findings" from even being introduced at this trial.

Res Judicata requires a Trial and a Court between the same parties. There is no Court. It is an administrative tribunal. The parties must be identical. Not EU vs. Intel. In addition, I think you will find that this tribunal is not deciding American Law.

There might be concepts of Collateral Estopple used, which would achieve simular ends for you, but I think you will find that that doctrine is inappropriate too.

You now know more law than O'Melveny & Myers did when they filed the law suit for AMD.
