Not a dumb question, mining on Federal lands is a huge concern due to environmental issues and the permitting that is required.

But, in the case of GNCP, it is a moot point. None of the properties they are promoting has anything close to proven resources or reserves, and in some of the claims, there is not a single drill hole. They are light years away from mining.

And, now it appears that at least one of the prospects they are promoting (the Clara)is currently unclaimed and GNCP has no rights to it. They're promoting a prospect that they have no current connection to.

Typical mining scam - promoting claims they don't even have.....LMAO!!!
