I am betting heavily that the 2013 10-K will be released by May 1st detailing the deal with PHOT. I expect the price to surge up that day. Maybe 10 times. Some of my trading friend think they are going to be able to catch it but with the lack of volume we have seen since RS no one is going to be able to get in that day and catch it. You must buy before.
