THE SEC KNOWS AND THE NASD KNOWS THEY MUST DO THIS BECAUSE THE OWN THE DTCC AND THEY KNOW THE DTCC HAS BEEN ALLOWING THIS TO HAPPEN FOR YEARS. IT IS THEIR WAY TO SHIFT THE BLAME TO THE MARKET MAKERS! btw, FULL (suppopsedly) financial reporting for Pinks is just around the corner. I think June is that date I saw on a SEC ruling in late December.
