squash, RE: SEC I read the report that was "news" I didn't see YGE spelled out specifically. Did you? I am beliving the move here is macro market technical retrace (healthy), today I am looking to buy at least half the position I sold last week. I may hold off as the macro market may become a grinder down 4 or 5 more percent or worse if the FED speaks more major taper (not likely). CAT news was big today in my eyes.

This is old news but never good when the SEC starts snooping around - they usually get what they want! There will be some agreement but for now the Chinese stocks had three bad blows last week! I think by the end of the week they will be calmer and will have hopefully based if not green!
