jking....Did they actually state that was the reason for Turino not being there or was it implied?
BTW, not to be picky but it's statute. And I don't know how you interpret "learning" when referring to learning of the scam? Many will never learn, does their window stay open?
I would definitely urge organizing a class action suit, but who would take such a case anyway? Proactivity has always been met with resistance, I have never understood that.
