No one who hopes to stay solvent buys just on the reports of insider buying alone, after all, they often get a steep discount to listed price, so are automatically in profit -it's a metric, but just one element to analyze.

Institutions don't automatically buy because something gets uplisted to NASDAQ - obviously, reverse splits can put a company there so I'm pretty sure the sharks on Wall Street might also check revenues and profits.

There is no rational reason to believe there's some monumental naked short selling, at this point. No one has been able to explain what the naked short's endgame is, it makes no sense. Preventing uplisting may be a strategy, but it wouldn't provide any entity with a profit, Destiny's not going bust.
