Exactly right pinkie! Agree the company is getting everything set for when they do get the MSA approval which is completely out of their hands. Joe felt confident this would be completed in January but there not a damn thing he can do if NAAG and/or the Attorney Generals office is dragging their feet. With that in mind I hope we get it soon so they can move forward with the business plan.
