The Bankruptcy Court - which as I understand it can only litigate claims against the assets of the Estate - took the position that WMI owned the Anchor Litigation even when the US Court of Federal Claims had not - and has not yet - ruled on who owns the Anchor Litigation Award.

A clear lack of jurisdiction IMO.
