Still do not understand the relationship of LiveTrack with BSI (Best Security Industries). BSI is a large RFID company in the US and worldwide. Maybe they breaking off LiveTrack as a separate entity and KMAG is merging in to this new entity. Then the Ohio connection is a total unknown mystery. Lots of RFID companies in Ohio. Kennedy Group is the biggest, they are known to buy out other companies. They are though a private company. The poster on the other board acts certain that KMAG is the buyer and now says Reid is not going to be the CEO of the new company. Maybe someone else can figure this out.
