They are looking to inxrease their A/S's. Why do companies increase their A/S's? To finance growth. PHOT CEO is the real deal. Can yoh answer this? Do you know what PHOT's new S/S is going to be is the A/S increase is approved? Bet its pretty similar to FITX's ;)
