WNTR $$$$ All of their acquisitions involve the exchange of (Series C) preferred shares...which to me, as an investor, is very important because it shows that the company is able to develop their business goals with minimum dilution to the common shareholders...this is awesome imo in that they are taking precautions to preserve the integrity of share price:)

I think Wednesday or Thursday more possible.
