Here is the way a friendly conversion takes place.
Example:
Jan. 16-35,000,000 shares get added to the OS by conversion
Jan. 17- MINE opens at .0017 goes back and forth all day, .0016-.0017 doing 14M shares until the final 17 minutes and we close with 61M shares traded at .002 and the accumulation is up 36M shares. INTERESTING!

I believe whoever did the conversion also brought some friendly buyers to the table at the same time...ON FRIDAY..

That is what is meant by FRIENDLY!

I would agree with you that going forward more conventional financing is the most likely option.

What in your opinion will be the effect on shareholder value if the existing ones are not prevented from converting? What will be the effect on shareholder confidence if that happens (both existing and prospective).

I've been here a while and I think shareholder confidence is currently at an all time low not because the company hasn't made giant strides, but because shareholder value continues to decline in spite of this.

The company is doing great going to make millions But as a investor my concern is the PPS. And the more shares into the float the harder it is to move up! Dont you find it kind of strange with all the great news and its PRed all the time 50+ shares are traded and we drift lower and lower WHY DO YOU THINK THAT IS? If you told the company stop putting out PRs they might have to close the doors within 6 months. Whats going to happen when the S/A get maxed out? Hint Hint it wont be pretty!!
