Although the divy will be great, the commons may be in for a rough ride post divy. It sounds like they will be doing a RS to get the common price to $2.50 "There will be a point where there will be a market adjustment on common shares but all Investors will be protected with their preferred "B" shares. These shares will be restricted for one year."
