Ron, I guess it depends entirely on what you have in mind. If you're looking at a couple of years out then, yes, it's probably a good buy in op. Might even be an opportunity for a one-day pop back tomorrow?
It seems to be holding pretty steady around $27.70-$28 here.
Poor man's REDF, SIFY, could be almost the same play here, albeit it with less possible percentage gain, but also less risk.
All of the above said, who really knows?
There might be another run for the exits at market close.
What worries me is AAPL being down a buck while the market's up 66.
