- doesn't mean that there wasn't a JV Agreement already on the table

- doesn't mean that they won't execute the same JV Agreement soon

- most likely will - and for much bigger $$$ terms & conditions

- the LymPro asset is now worth much much more than ever before

- very potential BD JV Agreement down payment between $35 Mil. - $50 Mil., w/milestone payments along the way
