yep agree on all fronts..only thing is if they plan to let the notes convert...they wont say anything..as that would could an even worse selloff..they want the note holder to able to recover funds...one thing though usually 3rd party pumpers get lined up when there is going to be a conversion..and so far I have not come across anything on that end...so we might be good on these notes..will see..we will hear something early this week if they are pushed back or some how paid.
