YES, the article / video is current. And to just to review: Clipstream as being HTML 5 compliant uses no plug ins ( yes this is HTML 5 : no plug ins) but it lacks a lot of what Clipstream posses:
1. Saves on server infrastructure and bandwidth .
2. HTML 5 is not cross platformed: still requires transcoding.
3. DRM : big problem of HTML 5 = very valuable solution is our track and trace, add to that Destiny's coveted and patented watermarking business.
4. Patented locked down encryption that only the recipient can view.
Justfactsman, HTML 5 has arrived a while back but it has BIG problems that CLIPSTREAM solves and industry will mandate.
