That's the problem. The silence is really bothering me. days before 2 notes are due that could potentially dump millions and millions of more shares on us they issue a PR, but COMPLETELY ignore any mention of the notes? That's BS. They can't keep from dumping shares at this point, so any promise that they won't R/S isn't worth much IMO. That being said, I don't see it happening soon, but it IS yet another concern to keep in mind...

I AGREE with you....I am sure they are working on financing..It would seem with all the orders etc we have, there should be some legitimate financing available...It would be nice to know for sure..

Now you are seeing the lite!1 Who did you think those PRs were for?? You the invester Hell no it to rope in the new investors this is a stock selling company so they can survive. Of course they are doing what they say they will BUT its off of your back. As far as maxing out the S/A IMO they will end up doing a R/S because this is a NV corp and in NV its expensive to increase the S/A Hey l have tried to tell this to the board and its falling into place. Each and every PR form 4 stock comes down. Those PRs are not for you its a tool to sell stock and its working But yes they are doing everything else they promised which is good.
