Hit the nail on the head. This is what I have been talking about all along. The PPS is at the hands of the company dilution. There is no other way for the company to stave off bankruptcy. It's par for the course in sub-penny OTC land. Just another one of the hundreds of thousands of stocks that are addicted to dilution more than caffeine.
