SS1, what interests me is we're only talking about $125k in total. Not a huge amount by any means considering this is a start up company and money has to come from somewhere. I do wonder why someone would make that huge last second purchase last week, wouldn't it have been a better idea to talk to Vanis and just pay off the notes for a seat at the table? I'd think so but then what do I know? <grin>

I have no idea if this was done correctly but I think it is close. I got curious!
