You know the history here. There are hundreds of clean, no problems shells out there for sale. Nobody would even consider this bogus piece of trash.

Even the attorney who set it up has been disbarred for her part in the scam.

Also, there is no management here. There is nobody to buy it from. It has been deemed not transferrable by the DTCC so there is nothing here for anyone..
