Mofron: You asked me a couple of questions but I can't respond privately.

I started working on stochastic and time series modeling in 98. I have been trader and analyst since 2000. If you really want to understand you need to work for a fund or broker or spent a lot of time watching. Most preconceptions one has that are applicable to stocks like google are completely incompatible with penny stocks. The best thing I tell you, is assume the stock is completely controlled then attempt to disprove that objectively. Eventually, you will figure out how it is controlled and then you can consistently profit. And, by consistent I mean 90+% of the time.

The monthly share volume question can not be answered directly In theory, if you monitor the trade activity every day and record it you have no way of getting that information. I am not sure whether or not you would learn anything by it. If I get time I can code this and let it run for a few months.

I am making an inference as to what you really want to know here. For pennies during fast moving markets the total float can be turned over in a matter of a few days. Knowing the apparent or actual tradable shares is impossible. For example, a trader I know owned 2 % of one of the pot sector stocks prior to January 1st. As long as he did not sell the stock carried a slight premium because he had held . But, you have no way of knowing this.
