I concur TESLA,

The tipping point to the positive in PEII is just so close...

I remember with SiriusXM, it took them years to get cash-flow positive and issues billions of shares in the process......I hung in there and I was handsomely rewarded for my guarded patience.....

I see the same this here....

The only thing that is keeping PEII share price at these ridiculous level in the short term is dilution and no visibility as to when it will stop.....

Notice that every time dilution stops, the share price drifts up...

Knowing what I know, right now...... I believe I'm buying a .25 cents stock (in the short term) for a ridiculously low price... Not knowing what's happening in the short term with Bekken Shale deal and Texas is what makes PEII my most exciting lotto ticket..... Its a double edged sword--do I want Floyd Smith focused on addressing my concerns or focused on running MY company?? I guess both......

Can Floyd Smith and his team execute??.......I sure expect him to.....otherwise, I would not be here having fun with you folks..... :)

That said, I'm new to PEII and someone else with more history with PEII can look at the same set of facts and see a .0028 cents stock......

But isn't that what a market makes??
