John Bordynuik misled investors with lies about already being able to make $10/bbl oil years ago with his Lost Majik Katalyst.


That's stock fraud. That's the definition of a "scam", regardless of all the number of props used to perpetrate the fraud.

That's a bit of an exaggeration. No one disputes that the company has employees and equipment. However, it's indeed a scam that Bordy has milked for his benefit through misrepresentation of a company that will never return so much as a nickel to the bagholders.
