I'm guessing next week will be full of information.

As for the merger that gets brought up....it makes more sense to merge or be acquired. Bob is getting older and I believe if given a good deal, he takes it. CE Mark brings millions to the table.

The only other reason not to would be his daughter wants to run the business. I haven't heard anything either way on that.
