Jbin - can you elaborate?

First you say 40k is nothing to him, then say maybe it was given to Hammer and not even his own money?

They've no doubt felt pressure from everyone bugging the crap out of Kurt, do you not think this is them being as transparent as they legally can at this time?

Not sure how long you've been invested here, but they have a reputation for keeping the biggest news tight lipped so we shall see.

jbin. Give it up sir. The banking news is looming and could be announced any time. This needs some volume to break through the.25's and then it is the 30's again. This will gap up yet again today and test .25 early IMO. If it breaks through .25 and there is any news with the Creative Nutrition GIFT deal or Banking regulations then watch out. DO NOT SHORT THIS PEEPS it would be a bad investment decision I beleive!! Good Luck today!

lol, insider buying in a volatile OTC penny stock is ALWAYS huge news, and they did not highlight it, but are required to report it--we picked it up and brought it to light. whenever somebody is purchasing a large amount of shares in a penny as an insider that shows a belief in the company--specifically one that was less than a dime within the last 6 months---no body just throws away 40K---specifically savvy business men who have been able to get to a point where 40K isn't a big deal--we see every dollar wasted as a negative. If there was any belief the stock may fall lower, he would not had made the purchase.
