Ever heard of low volume consolidation? Oh look we're up 50% on under 1 million volume. If this were being dumped badly wouldn't shares need to be sold? The dollar volume here is tiny, if this were a real pump there would be a lot more volume selling their shares. No doubt if this hits .01 there will be lots of pumpers and dumpers, but at this price it's just starting.
