I'm just not sure that this is the international patent that we have been expecting. If I am reading this correctly...this is an announcement of an international patent being awarded to Dr. Victor, but I don't think that this is THE patent that we were waiting on. This is geared more towards cosmetics use. At least that is how I see it, but I am very often wrong :-)
